What I like about the hotel is that is very close tourist areas. Also you can walk at night time without danger and the personal service is very nice. Burak that works on the reception is very nice person.

I only spent 1 night. The location is very convenient - close to both the metro and high-speed tram to the very center of Istanbul. I am especially grateful to the staff for their help with lifting a broken suitcase to the 3rd floor. Thanks to Yilmaz Irmak for the morning tea.I had an early departure from the bus station, so I chose this hotel. If you look at the map, you can get lost. In fact, the hotel is located on the square where the buses end, just 300 meters from the metro. If you see a bus stop, it means you have arrived. A bonus is the walls of ancient Constantinople, which can be seen from the windows. The hotel checks whether bank cards match the guest's last name. But in my request I explained that Russian bank cards do not work in Turkey, so for the reservation I use the card of a relative living in Europe and all issues were promptly resolved.

1 It looks as in the pictures 2 it’s very clean 3 amazing service at any time even in the middle of the night 4 food price amazing 5 they want to make sure all the time you have everything you need 6 the location is good 7 anything you need they will do their best to deliver and help 8 the hotel is not to big but is not small so the service is very 9 the bed is so comfortable this is important for me as I work hard I need a good rest they are focused on their clients enjoying their stay I have nothing to complain about best 7 days that I had in years

Thank you Cafer and Burak for a wonderful stay and an exceptional service. The hotel is in a great location for transport and food the staff are very helpful and polite I will definitely be recommending this to friends and family. I hope to stay again in the near future.

The front desk staff and also the managers were extremely friendly and helpful . As soon as we reached they welcomed us with tea and coffee. Very very cheerful. They were quick with room service calls. The staff also helped me with putting away my heavy bags. Also , one day i was sick and i asked for soup they got it right away . Wonderful people. The hotel room was very comfy , excellent location for bus , train or metro. I am so so delighted to stay with them. Very safe and comfortable place.

The staff was friendly and really kind, the guys at the reception, in particular, were very helpful. With their smile and kindness made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. The position of the hotel is good, you can move easily thanks also to the bus station in front of it.

I had a nice time in Istanbul, staying at the hotel was pleasant, quiet, peaceful Great staff, helpful even after my check out. I will definitely visit this hotel again in September
